Aabid Razvi – Team Leader
The Student Response Team is led by College Station native, Aabid Razvi. Aabid has worked with AdventGX since 2015, and he is currently pursuing a Business Honors and Finance double major with minors in Arabic and Cybersecurity. Primarily, he oversees the operations of the Student Response Team and serves as a liaison between the Advisory Council and the response team. At Texas A&M, he is a part of Business Student Council and The Big Event, among other things. This past year he also began consulting with school districts around the state coaching their speech and debate teams. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
Steven Mancillas – Lead Consultant
Spearheading the role as Lead Consultant is Dallas native, Steven Mancillas. Steven is a Business Honors and Finance double major with a minor in meat science. He is charged with assigning clients to the student consultants and establishing the workflow for client requests. As a student at Texas A&M, Steven has spared no opportunity to be involved, serving on campus as a member of Maroon Coats and Business Fellows. He also holds leadership positions in Business Student Council, and the Horizons Consulting Guild. In his free time, you can find him by the grill barbecuing or smoking delicious meat.
Travis Cantwell – Management and Operations
In the role as head of Management and Operations for the team is Travis Cantwell. While he now calls Austin home, he grew up in a small town north of Dallas. Travis is a Business Honors and Finance double major with a minor in economics. He has a passion for public policy and hopes to one day work at the intersection of finance and public policy. On the team, he will be creating the standard operating procedures, overseeing scheduling, and creating weekly reports on team progress. On campus, he has held leadership positions in the freshman leadership organization, Fish Aides, and the Leadership Initiative Conference. Additionally, he attended the Gilbert Leadership Conference and he works in the Business Honors office as well. In his spare time, he enjoys reading great books, going for runs, and good conversations.
Mia Barone – Resource Curator
Undertaking the role as the Resource Curator for the team is Mia Barone. Mia is a Business Honors student from Austin majoring in Marketing with a focus on analytics and minoring in Art/New Media. She is tasked with updating news feeds and archives, listening to feedback from the Advisory Council, and providing important current events updates to the team. On campus, Mia is a part of Business Fellows and conducts undergraduate research with the Center for Biological Clocks. Additionally, she works in the Business Honors office on a multitude of administrative tasks, chiefly serving as the social media coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Justyn Tedder – Public Relations
Leading the Public Relations side of the Student Response Team is Justyn Tedder. Originally from the small town of Mason, Texas in the hill country, she is a Business Honors and Marketing major within the Analytics and Consulting track. Her role is to operate the social media accounts of the team and spearhead media outreach. At Texas A&M she is involved in Maroon Coats, Business Fellows, and Business Student Council among other things. Seeing a need in the community, she recently created the “Aggies Help” campaign which has raised several thousands of dollars for local businesses that are struggling. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, spending time at her ranch, and experimenting with new recipes with her friends.
Caleb Feste – Recruiting
In charge of recruiting for the team is Austin native, Caleb Feste. He is a Finance major at Mays who has held numerous leadership positions during his time on campus. Caleb is an executive on The Big Event staff, operates the RB T-Shirt Co., attended the Abbott Leadership Conference, and is a member of Phi Gamma Delta. On this team, he is tasked with creating both a recruitment process for students joining the team and the onboarding process the team will follow to get new members up to speed. In his free time, he enjoys putting his pilot’s license to good use and flying, as well as spending time with friends and family.
